All Members of the National Community Radio Forum, whether they be Stations, initiatives or service providers, are, or strive to be initiated, developed, owned, managed, staffed, mandated, monitored and evaluated by communities, non-profit, non-discriminatory, non-aligned, non-partisan, non-exploitative and anti-racist, anti-discriminatory.
